Welcome to Gromet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gromet desktop application and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Gromet Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Gromet, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Gromet provides tools to run and manage Python scripts through a user-friendly interface. You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring that any scripts you run comply with applicable laws
Securing any data you process through Gromet
Using the Service in a manner that does not interfere with others' use
2. Accounts & Access
We may offer both free and paid versions of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
For paid subscriptions:
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
3. Script Content & Data
You retain ownership of any scripts, data, or configurations you submit to Gromet. We do not claim ownership over your code.
However, by using Gromet Vault or cloud features, you grant us the right to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You must not upload or execute content that:
Contains malware or harmful code
Infringes on third-party rights
Violates applicable laws
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer or tamper with the application
Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Interfere with the security or performance of the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
Use of scripts created or shared by others is at your own risk. We are not liable for any issues resulting from script execution or logic.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gromet Technologies will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business
Any bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in user-provided scripts
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Service in the past 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
